  • To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

    • In original condition with all tags and original packaging intact
    • Free from any odor (e.g. perfume or body odor) and without visible damage

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
